These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RewordGenerator.net website, rewording tool, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RewordGenerator.net, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement if using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation

3. Description of Service

RewordGenerator.net provides an AI-powered rewording tool that rephrases and rewrites text across a range of writing modes including Standard, Fluent, Professional, Academic, Casual, and Humanize. The Service is available in free and Premium tiers.

The Service is delivered instantly online. We continuously update and improve it, which means features may change, be added, or removed at any time. We will communicate significant changes where possible.

4. User Accounts and Access

Free users can access the Service without creating an account. Premium users must create an account using a valid email address and payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

5. Plans and Automatic Renewal

Reword Generator offers these paid plans:

  • Weekly: $4.99 a week, with 100,000 tokens a week
  • Monthly: $8.97 a month, with 500,000 tokens a month
  • Yearly: $49.99 a year, with 7,000,000 tokens a year

If you subscribed to a plan we no longer sell, or at an earlier price, your plan keeps renewing at the price, billing period and token amount it had when you subscribed, until you cancel.

  • Your plan starts as soon as your payment goes through. The tokens for that period are added to your account straight away.
  • Plans renew automatically. We charge the card or payment method you used at the start of each new billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • We email you 30 days and 7 days before a yearly plan renews, and once a year on any plan, with your plan, the amount, the renewal date and how to cancel.
  • Unused tokens don't carry over to the next period.
  • Prices are set in US dollars. Stripe, our payment processor, may show and charge the price in your local currency. Your bank may add its own fees.
  • If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, in any of these ways:

  1. Sign in, open your account page, choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription.
  2. Without signing in: go to our Stripe billing page, enter the email address on your subscription, and use the link Stripe emails you.
  3. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We'll confirm by email.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active, and you can keep using your tokens, until the end of the period you've already paid for.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. It is part of these Terms.

8. Payment Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please email [email protected] first. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we refund duplicate or mistaken charges.

If you dispute a charge with your bank, we will share our records of your purchase, the terms you accepted and your use of the service with Stripe and your bank.

9. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Use at Your Own Risk. The Service is provided "as is." We strive for high-quality output but do not guarantee that reworded text will be error-free, accurate, or undetectable by AI detection tools.

Lawful Use Only. You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or publish unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Content Ownership. You retain all rights to the text you submit and the output you generate. You are solely responsible for how that content is used or shared.

No Abuse. Each subscription is for individual use only. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or using automated systems to abuse the Service or exploit free-tier limits is prohibited.

10. Fair Use and Misuse

RewordGenerator.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair usage, attempt to exploit free-tier limits, or engage in any form of misuse. Repeated abuse of the free tier may result in access restrictions without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, design elements, and branding belonging to RewordGenerator.net are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service to process your own text but may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify our code, algorithms, or proprietary systems.

12. Privacy and Data

To produce your result, the text you enter is sent to an outside AI provider. Without an account or on the free plan, we do not save your text or results. On a paid plan, your runs are saved to your account's history for 90 days. We do not sell your personal data. For full details on how we handle your information, read our Privacy Policy.

13. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The output will meet your specific expectations
  • Reworded text will pass any specific AI detection tool

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewordGenerator.net and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss of data, reputation, or profits caused by the Service output or third-party detection tools. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on content generated through the Service.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party providers for hosting, payments, and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those providers. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using RewordGenerator.net at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in misuse, or attempt to abuse the system.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in these Terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
