Make Your Writing Sound More Professional
Paste a rough sentence or email and press Reword. Standard mode, which is free, makes it clearer and more polished. Professional mode, on paid plans, rewrites it in a business tone.
How to Make Your Text Sound More Professional
Three steps. The free mode needs no account.
- 01
Step 1: Paste your sentence or email
Paste a message, a reply or an email draft, up to 200 words on the free plan. Keep your names, dates and numbers in; you will check them in the result.
- 02
Step 2: Choose a mode
Standard is free and tidies the wording: full sentences, capital letters, fewer casual phrases. Professional, on a paid plan, goes further and rewrites for a business reader.
- 03
Step 3: Read it before you send it
Press Reword and read the result. Change anything that no longer sounds like you, then copy it into your email or message.
Before and After: A Quick Message
A real rewrite from this tool in Standard mode, which is free, with the default settings. Your result will differ a little each time you run it.

| Hi Mark, Sorry for the slow reply, things have been crazy here. I looked at the quote you sent and its a bit more than we wanted to spend. Is there anything you can do on the price? If not no worries, we'll figure something out. Thanks, Sara | Hi Mark, I apologize for the delayed response; it’s been quite hectic on my end. I reviewed the quote you provided and found it to be slightly higher than our budget. Is there any possibility for a price adjustment? If not, that’s okay; we’ll explore other options. Thank you, Sara |
What Changes, and What Doesn't
What the two examples above show about a rewrite.
What changes
Casual words become neutral ones: “things have been crazy here” became “it’s been quite hectic on my end”. Sentences get capital letters and full punctuation, and a blunt request is asked more politely.
What stays
Your point and your request. In both examples the names, the Friday deadline and the question about the price came through unchanged.
What to check
The tool can add small things, such as a closing “Thank you!”, and it can make a short note sound more formal than you meant. Read the result and edit it before you send it.
